ER519A - New Road between Lorong Halus and Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 Including Expansion of KPE/TPE Interchange

Contract ER519A is a Design and Build Contract (D&B) for the expansion of KPE/TPE Interchange, involving additional flyovers and a bridge, and widening of Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 and construction of an arterial road from Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 to the intersection with Lorong Halus. The contract involves the construction of two vehicular flyovers across TPE and KPE, a new vehicular bridge crossing the Sungei Serangoon Reservoir, piled roadways constructed on the former municipal landfill area and associated drain works. The work scope also requires the dispose offsite, the waste from the landfill that is excavated in the course of construction.
